The foundation came to life in 1974, with the help of Dr. James Fisher. He had been working in the field for many years, and first came to the public eye when he uncovered the Virginia Haunting of 1962.
Since then, Scientists around the world that were privy to his research and findings have all agreed that he is the master of his field and has the experience to solve the mysteries that is the afterlife.
